The Department of Pharmaceutics, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Nehru College of Pharmacy organized a webinar on “Demonstration and Discussion of the NextGen eCTD Software” on 11th May 2026 at 3.00 PM through the Microsoft Teams platform.
The session was handled by Shiv Kumar Somani, who served as the resource person for the programme. The webinar focused on the latest advancements in electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) software and its role in pharmaceutical regulatory submissions and documentation management.
During the session, the resource person demonstrated the features and applications of the NextGen eCTD software, highlighting its importance in ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient dossier preparation, and streamlined submission processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The discussion also covered practical insights into global regulatory requirements, electronic submissions, and career opportunities in regulatory affairs.
Faculty members, research scholars, Pharm.D, M.Pharm, and B.Pharm students actively participated in the webinar and interacted with the speaker during the discussion session. The programme provided valuable exposure to current industry-oriented technologies and enhanced participants’ understanding of digital regulatory documentation practices.
The webinar concluded successfully with an interactive question-and-answer session followed by a formal vote of thanks.
