Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on last December 31st.

B.Pharm / Pharm.D
Candidate who have passed 10+2 examination with 50 % marks, conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or Examinations equivalent there to with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually.
B.Pharm (LET)
Pass in Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum of 50% marks for the second year D Pharm examination.
M.Pharm
Pass in B.Pharm Degree of any of the Universities in Kerala or of any other Universities recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences as equivalent thereto from an institution recognized by the AICTE and PCI with a minimum of 55% marks for all the four years of B.Pharm examination taken together.
D.Pharm
Candidate who have passed the Higher Secondary Exam (+2) of the Kerala State with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics as optional Subjects and equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.
Govt Quota [UG]
Candidates should qualify Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exams, Govt. of Kerala(KEAM) and should be listed in KEAM Rank List.
